Refund policy

Please choose carefully, we are unable to refund or exchange artworks due to change of mind.

If an artwork is damaged in transit, please take photos of the damage and contact us as soon as possible via email: kerry@kerrybruceart.com.au ,
or mobile: 0418 463 207, attaching photos to your email/message.

Any items damaged in transit will be covered as part of the delivery insurance. This policy is valid for the time the artwork is in transit only. You will either be refunded in full, or you may purchase another artwork for an equivalent amount from Kerry Bruce Art online store.
