This is Kerry’s first foray into showcasing her painted landscapes with this exhibition being the first time Kerry’s landscapes have been shown.  

 Kerry Bruce is an abstract, expressionist artist. She is owner and director of Fern Street Gallery Gerringong
and has exhibited in London, Melbourne, Sydney and Regional NSW.   

Kerry is well known for her vibrant florals and blooms, using masses of lush paint and beautiful bold pigments.
Her flowers appear to burst from the canvas. Kerry has a large following for her floral works. 

Earlier this year, Kerry spent a few days painting with landscape artist, Amanda Penrose Hart, near Kandos in the NSW Central West and in October 22
will join Jo Bertini and Artworkshops Australia on a week long journey to Ross River Station in the Northern Territory to work on a new body of work in landscape.  Amanda Penrose Hart and Jo Bertini (award winning Australian artists) are fabulous mentors with Amanda and Jo having been a part of Kerry’s landscape journey. 

Many of the works in this exhibition were painted en plein air in and around Kandos, Hill End, Sofala and other locations throughout Australia.
