AFFORDABLE ART FAIR BOSTON USA 2025

What an incredible journey it was to be showcased at the Affordable Art Fair in Boston, USA, back in October 2025. Departing from Sydney, I packed two boxes and two large bags filled with my artwork, exhibition setup tools, and my finest outfits for the show.

Upon our arrival in Boston, we had an extra day to explore, and the city was stunning, rich in history and easily navigable from our accommodation. Traveling alongside fellow artists made it even more enjoyable, allowing us to savour delightful dinners, enjoyable evenings, and of course, do some shopping. This marked my inaugural exhibition in the United States, while my companions were seasoned veterans of such events. I cherished the time spent with these remarkable women: Shazia Imran, Lara Scolari, Sarah Richmond, Karen Davis, and Pepa Martin, proudly representing the Australian Girls at the Boston Affordable Art Fair 2025.

The setup day unfolded without a hitch as I arranged the artwork specifically created for this fair on our stand. I had to familiarize myself with my small drill to ensure my paintings hung perfectly straight, a task that proved more challenging than I'd anticipated. While I did end up with a few unnecessary holes in the walls, everything came together just in time for our opening the following day. The venue, located at the Sowa Power Station, was stunning, and the event organizers did a fantastic job attracting art enthusiasts and collectors, who were introduced to the Australian Girls. We relished each day meeting new admirers of our work, with many of my creations finding new homes in America.

Thank you, Boston! xx
